Go to the retailer/vendor website and purchase the item.
If you would like an estimatedquote: go to the retailer’s website to find the item’spackagedbox dimensions. Enter the dimensions into the shipping calculator to get yourestimated quote. **Estimated quote is pre-tax and may increase if your order has separate items that need more packaging or items that need to be placed on a pallet for safe transit. If your shipment requires a pallet, the pallet dimensions are added onto the shipping dimensions. ** Minimum order is $50
For furniture deliveries, please check with the retailer to ask if your shipment will be delivered "naked" or without padding and packaging. If this is the case, please give us a call to ask about how this affects your shipment.

Press “CONTACT US TO PROCEED” to notify HouseMart Shipping of your incoming shipment.
Once item arrives at H2O Warehouse, we open up your shipment to visually inspect for damages and take measurements of exact box dimensions. If the order includes separate items that are not packaged together by the retailer, we will repackage and combine your order for safe transit to Hawaii. Repackaging or palletizing your order may increase package dimensions.
We will create your invoice and send it to you via email. Please make sure that housemartshipping@hmstores.com is not on your spam list.
After payment is received, we will arrange for the shipment to Hawaii.
You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pick up. Order must be picked up in one week (after one week, order will be subject to a $10/day stocking fee)
**If your shipment has hazmat materials there is an additional hazmat fee. The hazmat fee depends on the shipment size, but starts at $50.00. Please provide us with the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) or Safety Data Sheet (SDS) so we know how to declare and safely transport your items.**
**If you need to purchase additional insurance, we offerMarine Insurance(see link at the top of our website for more information.) You must purchase this insurance prior to the boat sailing.**
